A new organisation, CEW: Creative Ecology Wiltshire, has been created by bringing together TheatreWorks (the theatre agency for Wiltshire) with Wiltshire Dancing.

The aim of Creative Ecology Wiltshire is to provide a fit for purpose strategic arts development service able to foster an entrepreneurial, vibrant local arts ecology. 

The core purpose of Creative Ecology Wiltshire’s service is to:

• Foster an ecology in which practitioners can live and work
• Empower the ecology to problem solve for itself
• Broker far reaching collaborations to help produce exciting projects and products that would not otherwise be possible
• Advocate the value of creative development work in the wider ecology

Driven by a small team of Creative Producers, it provides the opportunity to develop an entrepreneurial engine of creative potential within the Wiltshire locality and beyond to the benefit of audiences, artists, participants and promoters alike.
